James Edward Neal Jr. age 63 of Mill Spring, NC passed away February 24, 2024 after a battle of COPD.
Jim was born on September 9, 1960 to James Edward Neal and Janet Haynes. He was married to Alvira Neil in 1991.
Jim is survived by his mother, Janet Haynes, brother, Richard Neal, and many nieces and nephews.
Jim was quiet and a loving person who dedicated his life to flooring and family.
A private burial will be at Shepherd Memorial Park.
