Eugenia Schoendorfer

Eugenia “Jean” Schoendorfer passed away on September 8, 2021.  Jean and Carl Schoendorfer have been married for more than 51 years and they have been living at Tryon Estates in Columbus, NC for four years.  Previously Jean and Carl lived in Hendersonville, NC for about 20 years. 

A Burial Service for Jean will be held at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Tryon, NC on September 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM.  This will be followed by an interment at the Tryon Estates Columbarium.  A funeral mass will be scheduled at a later date.

Jean’s husband, Carl, would like to take this opportunity to express his heartfelt thanks for the love and care given to Jean by the medical staff at Tryon Estates.  They have made Jean’s transition as comfortable as possible and were extremely helpful to him.
