Billy Joe Mills

Billy Joe Mills age 58 of Mill Spring, NC passed away December 9, 2020.

He was a native of Polk County born May 5, 1962, son of Arrie L. Mills and the late Joe Frank Mills.

He was a lifelong skilled carpenter, loved his family, friends and his dog, Floppy. He enjoyed being outdoors in God’s creation and building bonfires.

He was preceded in death by his Father: Joe Frank Mills.

Those left to cherish his memory are his Mother: Arrie L. Mills; Daughter: Jennifer Towery; Sisters: Judy Mills, Loretta Mills, Rhonda Mae Mills, Bonnie Searcy (Mitchell); many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A private graveside service will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Hubert Street officiating.

Pallbearers: Matt Lanford, Nathan Metcalf, Jaris Reynolds, Daniel Searcy, Mitchell Searcy, and Josh Thompson.
