Betty Jean (Reid) Campbell

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, Betty Jean Campbell passed away at  age 84.

Betty was a daughter of the late Troy Reid and Lorraine Wolfe Reid. She was also preceded in death by her husband and soul mate of 63 years, Carroll C. Campbell.

She was a loving mother to her two sons, Ronnie (Deborah} and Rick (Terri).  She had three wonderful granddaughters that when she saw them her eyes lit up like stars, Lindsey (Dylan), Koehle Brooke (Matt}, Russell and Cassidy (Eddie) Hull.  To add to her joy she was blessed with four beautiful great grand children and also her beloved cousin, Joanne Babb.

Our mother was wonderful at everything she did, but baking was her forte.  We always told her she should open “Betty’s Bakery.”

She showed her massive love for her family by her cooking, hugs, kisses, and her beautiful, kind smile.  She will be forever missed until we are all able to join her in heaven.

Private services will be held at Gramling Methodist Church, Gramling, SC, with the presence of close family.
